Thanks for visiting my blog ! My name is Rosario Diaz, and I’m from Saltillo, Coah. Mexico. I moved to Miami Beach 3 years ago and that is where I met my partner , Josh Stein. Josh has been in real estate for 5 years now, but we’ve only been working together for 2 years. We both have Marketing and Design backgrounds and have combined our efforts to form the perfect real estate team. Josh specialize in Lofts and Luxury Condos and I specialize in “Casas”- Waterfront Homes in the Miami Beach Islands. We love living in South Beach because it is a small island and you have everything you need. I just launch my new website Casa South Beach, and it focuses on Miami Beach Waterfront Homes. On the homepage you will have access to all the listings available on each Miami Beach Island. The listing will be pulled directly from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) with all the details and pictures. All the listings will be up to date.Also you will find a “Selling” section where you can find the marketing plan and tools we use for the best success in selling your home. The advantage we have from other realtors is that we love Technology.
